Dr Karthika Mohandas completed her Diploma in Ophthalmology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and DNB from Dr Tony Fernandez Eye Hospital. She has undergone short term fellowships in SICS and Phacoemulsification at Solanki Eye Hospital. She has been working at Dr Tony Fernandez Eye Hospital since February 2017. She cleared MRCS (Edin) and FICO examinations in 2022. She is in charge of the Department of Community ophthalmology and is involved in teaching postgraduate and optometry students. She has also presented papers and delivered talks at district and state level conferences.
